DevOps
We design and run CI/CD pipelines that test, scan and deploy every change automatically. Security checks, GitOps deployments and live monitoring come built in, so your teams ship more often and your auditors see every step.
An overview
Good code should not wait weeks to reach your users.
Most teams can write software faster than they can release it. The code is ready, but the path to production is not. Builds break for unclear reasons, security reviews happen at the end, and nobody can quickly say whether live code is healthy.
Benchmark fixes the path, not just the tools. We automate every step between commit and production, put security checks where problems start, and give your teams a live view of every service.
Manual, risky releases
Hand built deployments and weekend release windows slow every team down.
Security found too late
Secrets, vulnerable libraries and open ports surface after release, not before merge.
Little view into production
Teams learn about failures from users, not from their dashboards.
Our offerings
Everything your software needs to move from commit to customer.
Six connected capabilities. Take one to fix a gap, or all six for a complete delivery platform.

DevSecOps and Pipeline Security
Security runs inside the pipeline, not after it. We scan for leaked secrets, unsafe code and open attack surfaces on every change.

Software Supply Chain Security
A software bill of materials (SBOM) for every build, checked against known vulnerabilities. You always know what is inside your software.

GitOps and Kubernetes Delivery
Git becomes the single source of truth for every environment. Changes are reviewed, versioned and easy to roll back.

Infrastructure as Code
Servers, networks and clusters defined as code, so every environment is repeatable. Checkov scans the code and flags misconfigurations before they reach the cloud.

Observability and Cloud Operations
Metrics, logs and alerts in one view, so teams spot issues before users do. We also plan and run migrations across major clouds.

Principles of DevSecOps
Security checks at every stage, not one gate at the end.
Every change passes the same automated checks before it reaches users.
The pipeline plays on its own; select any stage to see what runs and what it stops.
Stage 1 of 7
Commit
What runs
GitleaksTruffleHog
What it stops
Passwords, API keys and tokens pushed to the repository.
Pipeline logPassed
$ gitleaks detect --source .
scanning commit history
no leaks found
$ trufflehog git file://.
no verified secrets
Stage 2 of 7
Code analysis
What runs
SonarQubeSemgrep
What it stops
Insecure code patterns, bugs and code quality issues, before the change is merged.
Pipeline logPassed
$ semgrep scan --config auto
no blocking findings
$ sonar-scanner
quality gate: passed
Stage 3 of 7
Build and SBOM
What runs
SyftGrypeTrivy
What it stops
Open source libraries and container images with known vulnerabilities, before they ship.
Pipeline logPassed
$ syft payments-api:2.4.1 -o spdx-json > sbom.json
sbom created
$ grype sbom:sbom.json --fail-on critical
$ trivy image payments-api:2.4.1
no critical vulnerabilities
Stage 4 of 7
IaC scanning
What runs
Checkov
What it stops
Open storage, weak network rules and other cloud misconfigurations.
Pipeline logPassed
$ checkov -d ./terraform
all policies passed
$ checkov -d ./charts --framework helm
all policies passed
Stage 5 of 7
Application testing
What runs
OWASP ZAP
What it stops
Vulnerabilities that only show up in a running application.
Pipeline logPassed
$ zap-baseline.py -t https://staging.example.com
scan complete
no high risk alerts
Stage 6 of 7
API testing
What runs
CherrybombNuclei
What it stops
Broken authentication, exposed endpoints and known API flaws.
Pipeline logPassed
$ cherrybomb --file openapi.json
no high risk findings
$ nuclei -u https://api.staging.example.com
no matches
Stage 7 of 7
Deploy and watch
What runs
Argo CDFlux CDHelmPrometheusGrafana
What it stops
Bad releases, through gradual rollout and automatic health checks.

GitOps deployments
The right release strategy for every change.
Not every release carries the same risk. We set up the strategy that fits each service, managed through Argo CD or Flux CD and Helm charts.
Rolling update
New versions replace old ones a few instances at a time.
Best for: routine releases with low risk.
Blue green
A full new environment runs beside the old one. Traffic switches in one step, and back if needed.
Best for: releases that need instant rollback.
Canary
A small share of users gets the new version first. Traffic grows as health checks pass.
Best for: high impact changes and new features.
Our approach
A clear path from first review to a running pipeline.
We start with how your teams work today, then improve it step by step. Nothing is ripped out without a reason.
The process we follow
Step 1 of 5
Assess
- Review current pipelines, environments and release process.
- Find the biggest delays and security gaps.
- Agree on goals, priorities and a roadmap.
Step 2 of 5
Build
- Set up CI pipelines in Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
- Add automated tests and quality gates.
- Define infrastructure as code with Terraform or Ansible.
Step 3 of 5
Secure
- Add secrets scanning, SAST, SBOM, image and IaC scans.
- Run DAST and API scans on test environments.
- Tune rules so alerts are useful, not noisy.
Step 4 of 5
Deploy
- Move to GitOps with Argo CD or Flux CD and Helm.
- Roll out rolling, blue green or canary releases.
- Automate environment setup on your chosen cloud.
Step 5 of 5
Run and improve
- Set up dashboards and alerts in Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog or New Relic.
- Centralise logs with Loki and Fluentd.
- Review release data and keep improving.
Toolchain
Built on tools the industry trusts.
We are tool aware, not tool locked. We work with what your teams already use and add what is missing.

Built for regulated industries
DevSecOps that stands up to an audit.
Banks, pharma companies and consumer brands cannot trade control for speed. Every change lives in Git, with a record of who made it, who approved it and when it went live. Every build carries an SBOM, and every scan result is stored and easy to share.
We hold ourselves to the same standard.

DevOps automates how software is built, tested and released. DevSecOps adds security checks to every one of those steps, so issues are found before release, not after.
GitOps uses Git as the single record of how every environment should look. Tools like Argo CD and Flux CD keep live systems in line with Git, so every change is reviewed, tracked and easy to undo.
No. We start with your current tools and fill the gaps. We only suggest a change when it removes real cost or risk.
We work across AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, DigitalOcean and Akamai, as well as hybrid and on premises setups. We also plan and run migrations between them.
